Had a wonderful stay at the Ascott Shanghai. The location is perfect, easy access to lots of the shopping spots and subway station is just a few mins walk. The staff is really helpful and sincere. Everything is just great, def value for the money! -

Excellent hôtel à tous point de vue : emplacement, équipement des chambres, prestations, rapport qualité/prix et surtout service impeccable et au delà de toute attente. Tout était parfait, propre, moderne et parfaitement fonctionnel. Beaucoup de détails qui changent tout, par exemple le lave linge dans la chambre avec une boîte détergent chaque jour, une bonne chaîne audio, une bonne literie, un balcon individuel... Au final, on se sent vraiment à l'aise, je reviendrai non seulement dans cet hôtel, mais je retenterai d'autres Fraser.

suited us perfectly as we were travelling with our 2 yr old son. The
resturant in the htoel reved breakfast, lunch, tea and all day room
service - and the food was excellent. I was pregnant when we stayed and

Location is great.
Being a small boutique hotel, there's no crowd, it's always peaceful and quiet.
Rooms are self-sufficient, everything I needed, from a safe to the ironing board, is there. There's also a laundry room with washing powder provided.
As mentioned by another reviewer, the free flow drinks and cakes at the lobby is great feature.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. I always stay in 4-5 stars hotel, and this one is the best place I
have ever had a chance to stay - not only in Asia, but Middle East
and Europe.
The setting of the room, the size, design, the view and the price.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned to Shanghai few days later to stay there one more night. -

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. Would be great for a fa

We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -
