I like the friendly staff (Rick) and his promptness in assisting us
whenever we needed anything.He also arranged for transportation and
tickets to attractions in Kunming and gave his suggestions as well.The
location is superb and very convenient as we are Muslim.A Lot of muslim

Hall holding a paper with my name on it. The view from our room at Level
25 -
The apartments were spacious and good quality. They made a mistake with
our reservation but they were able to accommodate us for 2 nights in 2
nice apartments.

Mr. Yang yang was very helpful especially by waiting for our arrival at the entrance to the building. He provided what we asked in our booking requirement especially the heaters. He provided map and other information on places to visit around Kunming and transport costs.
The lady cleaner was very honest especially when moving our stuff to a bigger
