Staff of the hotel not only provide great service as their duty, but they put effort with the heart and intelligence. Especially people from open kitchen restaurant. What I remember most of all - I had some low speed internet problems and complained about that. In 2 minutes (!!) I had a router installed directly in my room..

The hotel is brand new, the staff could no be more friendly, good location, very nice view from every where.
No transfer from airport took me more tha 2 hours to get there, food very expensive for what you get.
The hotel is brand new and the design and architecture is really impressive. Great, modern rooms. Amazing service and friendly staff.
If you're going to the Canton Fair the location could not be better. It's right there. For visiting Guangzhou otherwise it's quite inconveniently located and far from the city center.

Indian fried rice on 4th floor loby was terrible.
This is the report for our second stay in the last week The hotel is not ready - and it is horrible to see what happen to a hotel with no international management No spa no gym no .... Dirty all over Elavators not safe and shaking Wrong firealarm on 5am And and and Super overpriced !!!!
