All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.

The room were very cosy and the staff are friendly, ready to help, and
they speak english and a little portuguese. It is located only one block
from the metro station in a nice area. Very good for those who, like me,
suffer from allergic rhinitis: no carpets on the floor! :)

J'ai apprécié l'amabilité et la sympathie des gérants. L'ouverture de cet hôtel est assez récente mais ils se comportent comme des professionnels tout en restant agréables et chaleureux. De plus il y a toujours quelqu'un á l'accueil en cas de besoin.

quiet at night and get a restful sleep. You can walk into town in 30mins

Christian, the host and owner of the Abracadabra, went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One night, he spent almost an hour on the phone trying to arrange a vineyard tour for us on the next day. Before we left, he made a great effort to make sure that the taxi driver takes us to the airport safely and does not rip us off.
Certainly a wonderful place to stay during your time in Santiago!

The location is excellent, 2min walk from the subway, in an extremely quiet and cool alley hosting small coffee bars and restaurants. Providencia has great vibes and connects easily to every part of the Santiago; in my opinion, after several trips to Santiago, your best option to stay.
