Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

The hotel is comfortable, well-located (bus, subway, shops, restaurants, city bus tours, parks/open spaces). Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided. Good pricing. Seating area in lobby is attractive.

It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there.
A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you
had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours.

Excellent location in the city center, and close to a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. Our room was excellent, comfortable and quiet. We had my wife's birthday dinner at the hotel, we were given extra wine and an extra dessert, and had a delightful evening. Heartily recommended! -

I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink. Great service!!! -

Beautiful hotel, lovely neighbourhood. Facilities and food 5 star. Roof top pool and bar was a highlight with great views of city. Take the bicycles around parque metropolitan highly recommended! -

destinations can be reached by feet and the subway station is
close as well. The diversity of the breakfast buffet is huge,
however the "sugarwater" could be replaced by real
