Excellent location with everything within walking distance. Rooms are what you see in the photos, very well appointed. Supermarket just below the building. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly.
Could have one or 2 English speaking reception staff.

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and there was no indication when it would reopen

Close to the center and everything was within walking distance. Well equipped apartment with almoust everything needed for the six nights we spent there. We were contacted by Pedro at Departamento Amoblados Costa, Merced, asking what time we arrives at the airport. He sent a man with a taxi who met us at the airport and transported us to the apartment and handed over the keys and gave us instructions how we could use the wireless Internet that was there.
There were no facilities for washing dishes after meals, so we had to buy this.
