I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York. Staff was bilingual and very helpful. Also found the afternoon tea time a nice extra. -

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

quiet at night and get a restful sleep. You can walk into town in 30mins

Christian, the host and owner of the Abracadabra, went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One night, he spent almost an hour on the phone trying to arrange a vineyard tour for us on the next day. Before we left, he made a great effort to make sure that the taxi driver takes us to the airport safely and does not rip us off.
Certainly a wonderful place to stay during your time in Santiago!

The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning

and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is
one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. -

I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink. Great service!!! -
