After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. The entire resort caters to quiet people and the room was SILENT after 10 pm - we caught up on much-needed sleep! The restaurant was fantastic

Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room. We will always remember your thoughtfulness and first class service. Thank you , Andrea and Jim

Having the facilities to cook for ourselves was great and the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and easy to use. A tea towel would have been useful but that is all. The swimming pool was great. Staff were friendly and you could help yourself to further supplies of tea and coffee etc from the reception. A few days into our trip the

We stayed in a room with a King sized bed and it was immaculate and very
updated. We only paid $100 and it was quite luxurious for the price. The
shower was super clean, updated, and nice with really good pressure. The
room comes with a mini fridge as well as a microwave upon request. I
would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved the location! Beautiful place!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had eaten breakfast at the restaurant there and came away very full! The menu was awesome and the food was excellent! In jasper in the slow time of year, the restaurant was only open a couple times a week so we didn't get to enjoy it tat much. That being said we had breakfast Wednesday morning which was delicious and dinner Wednesday night, also delicious, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The proximity to Jasper can be a little bit of a headache but when all the facilities are open would be much better. Very close to some very good walking trails and pyrami

Hosts really friendly and helpful. Made us feel very at home, letting us come and go as we liked. Had our own entrance into our room. Everything we needed provided including umbrellas, shampoo, coffee, tea, luxurious towels etc. Lovely breakfast served in the morning at a time we requested,

Although our visit was only for a couple of days, the hotel afforded us an opportunity for accessibility to those fabulous mountain sights that Jasper is famous for. In a quiet setting, we particularly appreciated the proximity of this hotel to all that Jasper has to offer. -

2. That we did not have to complain and ask for some compensation after learning that our room was not ready one hour after official check in time and that it was delayed even further, but that acceptable compensation was offered up front for inconvenience. -

because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub -

The operators of the Moose Haven Suite make you feel at home. It's very roomy with an HD satellite TV, free wifi, kitchenette and large bedroom. It's in a great location as well, only a block or two from many shops and the fabulous Bear's Paw Bakery. I will happily recommend this to my family and friends! -

Caruso's was very clean & comfortable. The room had all that we could have required for a longer stay, we only stayed for one night, and was within a 5 minutes walk of the centre of Jasper. We would definitely recommend a stay at Caruso's. -
