Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

This hotel is great value with a wonderful location in downtown
Edmonton. It is only a short walk to all sorts of shops and
restaurants. The legislature is also near by. We found the staff
friendly and helpful. -

It deserve more than 3 stars.
There is superstore and McDonald 24hrs across the street.
There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful. Stay @ this hotel every visit to Edmonton. -

Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! -

We both loved our room, very big king size with spa n huge hdmi tv for his gaming n my netflix with free wifi. Dining with my hubby was amazing n friendly service didn't mind he's a cluts:) n front desk was very fun to chat with at sign in n checkout. Btw yay double shower in the bathroom. Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. -

I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.

Good value, great bed and excellent customer service. The only room they had left with a king bed was a handicap access room, which wasn't perfect, but was ok. As a means of apology they sent us a dessert plate and bottle of wine. Very impressive! -

Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.
