  I liked the layout of the room. The room was clean. I liked the bed. It was just right - not too firm, not too soft. I liked that there wasn't an old bedspread on top. I liked the continental breakfast downstairs. I liked how clean the area was and the simple choices. The coffee was really good. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

  The room was extremely clean. The bedding was nice. There were lots of power outlets. Mirrors were handy. Bathtub and shower was nice. Curtains blocked out daylight and sound. Nice TV. - Excellent location for Sidney. Their facilities are very well kept. Staff are helpful, professional and polite. Lots of parking.

We left hotel at 530 a.m. Wake up call happened as planned, taxi on time ordered by staff and coffee in room and muffins available to take on road - Location is close to Butchart and easy from Sidney and Ferry if you have a car.
