  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking place outside and with directions. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites.
