We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

We had a great time and felt very welcome at the Snow Pearl. Lovely new building, great view of the mountains from our spacious room with a balcony and lots of windows.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host (including transport from the Bus Station) he was really really welcoming and helpful - recommending places to go to and lots of practical advice.
The complex is close to the gondola, there is a sauna and jacuzzi; late check out is a huge plus.
Kitchen facilities did not really matter

I like rooms, they were big and comfortable... Beds were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Service was fine. Everybody was polite... It was very near to Gondola and center of Bansko. Perfect for a ski hotel. -

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

due to the poor weather conditions i stayed two days inside the hotel and by the way i succeed to relax myself - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
