  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  due to the poor weather conditions i stayed two days inside the hotel and by the way i succeed to relax myself - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. Though all that took almost an hour (evening) while we were very tired and that was the time we planned to spend in the swimming pool,which was closed by the time we got arranged in our room.

  Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

  Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

  The Staff were excellent. Friendly, couldn't do enough for us and all with a great sense of humour . We also had a great chef who produced great food. Very clean and very good value for money.

  The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price.
