  Our stay at the Ipanema Plaza was excellent. When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400. Staff at reception was efficient and spoke good english, cleaning was very good and the breakfast was delicious. Our room on the Ipanema Floor was really lovely, nice modern furnishing and fantastic view of the beach. The hotel restaurant is really good and the breakfast was also excellent.

  Nous avons regretté que malgré notre réservation par letsbookhotel.com 3 mois à l'avance, et venant de France pour visiter rio, on se voit attribuer la plus petite chambre de l'étage (ce n'est pas très sympa surtout que l'hotel avait de nombreuses chambres libres) Nous aurions peut-etre du choisir un autre site de réservation que letsbookhotel.com... ce que les gens disent » . - Sa situation en centre ville très pratique. la petite piscine jacuzzi au 19eme etage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado.   Excellent value; the presidential suite was really nice. I loved the stylish, fairly modern but comfortable style of decoration. The bathroom with jacuzzi/sauna was top-notch and the bedroom was perfect.

  The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff

  The Staff was very helpfull and very friendly. The location is great and the room very spacious . I would stay again withouy a second though .
