  The room in general was great: 2 beds of good size, spacious incl., what was advertised. AT reception at least one or two could speak some English and Spanish.Friendly. - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. A nice introduction to Brasilia and Brazil! I plan to stay there again upon my return.

  There was a genuine effort to understand my needs. The hotel was opposite the center where the event was being held, it was also just 2 minutes away from a bright shopping mall, it was 5 minutes away from the TV tower and behind that is the market. The location near the Patio Brazil shopping center was very convenient. Lots of cabs outside the doo. Buses (when I was able to figure them out) left from a block or two away. In all, not a bad place at all - The hotel is old but the room looked new, with a nice closet. The location is excellent -- a few blocks from a big shopping mall and across the street from a gas station with a convenience store, a snack/beer stand, and even a laundry place, which is not at all common in Brazil.

  There was always someone at reception that could speak English and the staff were obliging and friendly. The room had a good view and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable - The staff was very friendly. Very convenient to the business centre. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
