Convenient location, close to República metro station and airport shuttle bus terminus. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, including "hot" water that really was hot enough to make tea. -

I can really recommend the hotel. It's in old centre of Sao Paulo which offers a lot of interesting spots to visit close by. The staff was friendly and suppotive. -
The hotel of location is near to MRT-Republica station. It is convenient. Hotel's staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good!

Staff Friendly and Helpful.
Location is Perfect for City Ventures. Comfortable. Everybody complains about the area being unsafe at night, We found it fine and not as desperate as everybody implies, as long as you walk around accompanied or in a group it is no worse than any other Big City in the world. -

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

Clean, and the house keepers were trained and knew what they were doing. -

We went early morning after all night flight. Staff welcoming and no problem in booking us in at 7.00am. In the afternoon we went out and came back to find room all made up. Breakfast was good. Right in the centre of city and convenient for many things. -

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
