  The staff were very helpful, very pleasant. The food was very nice. My room was clean tidy and fresh. The bath is full size and the shower is strong.   Wow, what a great surprise. I had seen the photos, and knew that there were spa facilities, but I had not anticipated the size and scope of them. I was quite impressed, and took full advantage of most of the complex. The breakfast was outstanding, and I ate to my heart's content. My daughter was travelling with me as I had to have a heart procedure at the hospital, and they made her feel very safe and secure, as it was the first time staying in a hotel on her own. The room was spacious and the addition of a working living flame fire made it very cosy.
