Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! All the main tram and bus stops are close by, as are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways. The old part of the town around Grotemarkt is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins on a tram. No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.

The room and bathroom were very clean and it was great to have a mini fridge and air conditioning.
