Toilet in the hall way
Very near the old center (cathedral). Area full of shops and restaurants. Quaint old building (FYI: steep circular staircase). No front desk per se. Someone meets you to check-in, otherwise you come and go as you please (you have a key to the front door and your room).
Not enough light (some due to bulbs being out). No sheer curtain on window, so flat across the street could look in. You need to call someone upon arrival to come check you in. If you don't have a phone plan (or can Skype from a restaurant or coffee shop nearby (FYI - no wifi at the coffee shop across the street)) you would need to coordinate your arrival before.
Excellent nice room in medival house in the middle of the historic centre of Antwerp. The place to be with a spacious nicely decorated room.

Could hear my neighbors very clearly, at 7am anyone showering in the building will wake you up clearly, very steep narrow steps
Location is THE best, best value for less money, super continental breakfast on THE corner

I absolutely liked the location. It's near the cathedral; near the river; near the restaurants and pubs! Short walk to the train/tram station.
I didn't like the toilet! It was a "half door" only! I thought it was overpriced too considering it has no meals/breakfast.

The facilities were not value for money, you count not make a coffee at your room, you had to go downstairs and this hotel is not suitable for smokers
Location could not have been better. Good value for money.
Apartment was a bit run down and the noise from the bar next door was a bit disturbing.
It was on a party street, which was good as soon as you closed the door, its pretty quiet
No wifi, because its too far away from the router.
