  Choosed this hotel because of rating, but haven't expected so high level of service from the 3star hotel. Susanne (owner) tries to make the stay at this family run hotel as comfortable as possible. Hotel is not cheap, but it worth it. Hotel is situated in a silent district. Free parking is on the street, but it's safe.   Although the hotel was very small, staff were professional and helpful, and spoke good English. Room was clean and comfortable, and larger than I imagined given the competitive price. - Close to city centre, friendly staff, very quiet room, nice size, free internet. Breakfast buffet. Good value.

  Brand new, great colour shemes, good size room and bathroom. Tram to downtown or the railway station right outside hotel - couldn't be easier. Or a 20-30 minute walk to town centre. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend staying here, would certainly do so again. - New hotel

Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. The breakfast was tasty with diverse variety of dishes to choose from. - Pleasant atmosphere, polite guests, perfect for those who did not come to Vienna for "crazy fun" but need to do some job in Vienna and have no a lot of money.
