The staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. The price was very reasonable, with comfortable rooms and pleasant decor. The food was tasty with generous portions. It is conveniently close to the train station and Basilica with beautiful scenery along the way. -

This is a beautiful remodeled hotel. The rooms are spacious and
exquisitely decorated with Italian furnishings. All of the fixtures and
finishes are top-of-the-line. There are chandeliers in every room, down

arrived late -
We see Hotel zum Heiligen Geist as the best you can have today in
Mariazell! Great new interior - including room, furniture, bathroom;
great location close to lift and competitive pricing, when compared to
other hotels in town - much better Value for money ratio compared to
others. Also best cancellation policy; which gives you better
flexibility and safety when on travel.

The location is great, right next to the Cathedral. Ski rental shop is also quite close, and gondola for the ski pists as well. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was decent and clean. Breakfast was quite ok as well. -
