Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort -

Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

The rooms are with a great new design, bathroom is large and great material has been used. Location is perfect to swim in the Schwarzsee (2 minutes), so leave for hiking or other nature activities.

Hotel was conveniently located next to the old town restaurants, shops,
etc. The breakfast was very nice. There was parking nearby, although
there was an additional charge for use of the lot. Internet worked ok,
but was on an open network. The staff was very friendly and helpful in
