  This is my third time in this hotel and it will never be the last. Very amazing hotel and its obvious from the rating (9.7 from 312 reviewers).In my opinion this is unfair, this hotel should get 10 simply because this hotel deserve to get 100 not even 10; very clean, near to the attractions, advanced technology are used, free mini bar, nice view f... ce que les gens disent » rom the balconies (river side), nice facilities (not in the hotel however you can get free access from the hotel to the Kaprun Spa (very nice place an - This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer. Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

  Simply furnished but clean a room with a large bathroom. Tasty breakfast. A balcony with a stunning views. Beautiful place, great owners with a cute dog. Nothing was a problem. - Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were a perfect mix of friendly and approachable but left you to your own devices. Rooms and breakfast all spot on.

  Gerlinde was very very very kind. We like her smile and lught. We felt we are home. She was checkin on us and making suggestions to go on town. Also we have experienced the Austria hospitality during our stay. The location was very good and the house was good as well.   Every thing in the hotel was GREAT. The hotel owner made sure that we are happy with our stay, and made everything as smooth as possible. It is a GREAT Hotel - es war einfach perfekt. selten so freundlich empfangen worden. war sicher nicht mein letzter aufenthalt in den dorfchalets :-)

  We was at Kaprun some years ago and was stay at Familienappartements Eder. Realy nice appartments and nice and helpful owners;) They made very good home wine :) - location is good & they have excellant lexuarry specially in the bathroom for arab and muslim specially in arabic shattaf & arabic chanel
