The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, house keeping and general cleanliness were exceptional. Would definitely recommend it and would most definitely stay here again. Also very affordable for a 4 star suite. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality. -

We visited Wagga for 2 nights to attend our daughter/sister/neices March Out from the Army.You could not find accomodation with a more central location and with such great rates. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean with all that you would require, including tea & coffee facilities and a toaster. -

Restaurant was amazing! Not at all what I was expecting in Wagga Wagga! We missed out on dinner the night of our son's march out as it is SO popular! but the Breakfasts and room service desserts just rubbed in what we missed out on!! the menu was divine! Reception staff were lovely too! The free laundry was much appreciated! -

It was really central to where I needed to go. Went to a function held downstairs (separate review), so super convenient.

I had traveled 900km to pick up a caravan from Wagga and the staff were so nice and friendly when I arrived. It was just what I needed. The room was spacious and well appointed. I ate in the restaurant and was impressed with Wayne the waiter and the quality of the food. Lovely atmosphere. Plenty of parking which catered for my caravan as well

The quietness of the location just out of the city centre but most things were only a few minutes drive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and very helpful. Food was delicious and a wide variety for everyone to choose from.

The room was light, sufficiently spacious, and well laid out. Being able to open the windows for fresh air was a bonus.
The bathroom was functional without being lavish.
The staff were really helpful.
The location was quiet, and an easy walk from the centre of town.
We had a really (and surprisingly) good meal, fairly priced, in the hotel restaura

All in all, excellent value. -
We had a great stay at Mercure, all staff were friendly and we extended our stay an extra night for a great price! Location was great and rooms were fantastic. Was great as room were large enough for son to run around and was area outside our room he could play. We'll be back in a fortnight!

Neat, large, clean rooms, lovely light breakfast included which they opened a 1/2 hour early for us as we had to leave by 8.00am. Lovely friendly staff who even kept our easter eggs in the cool room all day after we checked out until we came back in the afternoon to collect them (just so they wouldn't melt in the car all day). AAAA++++ -

We booked two rooms - one was an older style but clean & comfortable, the other was more modern, very comfortable & well furnished. The motel was in a quiet area but only about a five minute walk to the centre of town.
