I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy
for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome
view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved
the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft
towels. Tv was fantastic and all other entertainment gadgets were g

My thank you to receptionist Isabel;a top reception from a listening and
caring front office representative. Also,good marks for the staff member
who attended to room 601 . Breakfast buffet:the missing pump handle on
the coffee was replaced for the following morning's sitting.Thank

Tout est excellent! Appartement et personnel extras. Sa proximité aux bords de la rivière et en pleine ville à 10-15 mins. à pied de la gare. Ville et parc historiques. Appartement très beau et bien aménagé. Jardins autour bien entretenus. Tranquille. A recommander! Mais loin de Sydney (35-40 min. par train) -

The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room
every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room
was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. The reception
staff were very considerate in giving us a quiet room at the back of the
motel at the last minute. The surrounds of the motel were also very

Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

Dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité /prix la disponibilité du personnel,le souci de satisfaire le client en étant à l'écoute de ses besoins.Excellent emplacement par rapport au centre ville, la gare centrale ,Darling Harbour etc.....Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander à nos amis. -

Very spacious and comfortable. I stayed to recover from surgery, and I
could not fault it at all. I felt just as if not more comfortable than
if I had stayed in my own house. So close to the city yet such such a
quite location. Free parking was fantastic. They provided moccona coffee

Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.
