Surprisingly quiet. Nice warm bed on a cold foggy night. Walking distance to shopping area in Katoomba. Very pleasant and helpful owners. The cost was very reasonable for an overnight stay. Will stay again at a later time.

I was very happy with the facilities, they were very clean and tidy, had a great atmosphere and excellent service was provided, all in a quiet, secluded setting. Will definitely be back when staying in Dubbo!

Local bowling club is adjcent with good food on offer. -

We have stayed before and enjoy convenient location - we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had been upgraded. Perfect place for us to stopover for a night on our way back to Sydney
