Easily reached, very quiet location with wonderful elevated views over golf course to surrounding countryside. Not crowded by any other nearby buildings, but close to Albury CBD and services. Room and en-suite exceptionally spacious with comfortable lounge. Excellent, very reasonably-priced meal from nearby golf club restaurant. -

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well laid out.It is definitely a bare bones accommodation, but this was expected from the websites description.We felt safe and quite comfortable. Thanks for everything. -

Even in school holidays with families it was relatively quiet. Room 109 was well set up with a huge comfortable bed, plenty of table tops, comfortable chairs still leaving plenty of room to move. Bed was excellent providing a very good night's sleep. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. -
This was my second stay at no. 95 in recent months.

We liked everything. Very clean, every appliance - iron/microwave/jug/hairdryer/great flat screen TV plus woollen underlay on mattress made the bed so cozy, warm and soft. Very nicely decorated, newly refurbished. Plenty of drawers - wardrobe. Breakfast available to room but we did not use that. -

A relaxing comfortable stay. Bed linen up-to-date and clean. The fact there was a toaster in the room was very pleasing. Free internet connection. It was close to Sevices (RSL & Bowls Club) for a well priced good meal. -

Easy to find, staff were very friendly and courteous without being patronising, they were more than willing to suggest activities that you can do when the weather turns bad.
Overall there is not a bad word I can say about the place.

Opposite excellent Beach Park, friendly service, generous well-cooked breakfast, close to cut shuttle bus, quiet street, best value in Wollongong, 3 minutes drive from the centre, one minute from lovely coastal walk overlooking beach, pools, harbour and lookout. The pool area is very nice - with plenty of shade for those really hot days. Would definitely recommend this B&B for your stay in Yamba.

Position was ideal for our visit to Grafton. Usually stay in The Abby just up the road but would not go past this motel when in Grafton next time. Staff were friendly and helpful;room was comfortable , clean and was all I could ask for. I've stayed (and paid considerably more) in much worse places than this - would stay again. -

We stayed there for one night only and love everything there, especially the restaurant - food was just superb! We should admit that we have never before eating in the restaurant and adore every bit of the dish. We stayed in middle floor room with ocean view - that was really amazing!

Room was good with good facilities. We had a small problem with the toilet and staff moved us to another room very promptly and efficiently. (As it was a weekend maintenance staff were not available). Situation very good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
