The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms.

The friendliness when we arrived after a 5 hour drive. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom. Plus, as we were staying with another couple our balconies were just across from each other so communication was easy. Good old fashion service with a smile.

The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

Location is great. Walk past the restaurant to a terrific beach, good for kids at the south end, surf fishing at the north. Ambience amongst nature is sensational and the layout beautiful.

Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Staff very helpful, comfortable bed, balcony... everything you need for a one-night escape from the son's 20th Birthday Party in Toormina!
We'll certainly keep the Sanctuary in mind if we ever want to escape again, but don't want to travel too far...lol -

The staff were very polite and helpful and the location was good. Even
though the train track is close to the grounds they are few and far
between so don't affect the relaxing atmosphere. The pools are
kept clean and well maintained and when we stayed there they were not
very busy so the kids had a ball and we were able to have a lounger
each time

Although we had only booked a one bedroom apartment we were upgraded to a two bedroom place and trusted to not use the other room and extra bathroom.
So this meant we had lots of living space and lovely deck

This is a great little place about 10-15mins north of Coffs Harbour and inland from the highway (note that the highway is currently under works so diversions in place but it's well signposted). Ben was amazing when I called in the morning and gave clear directions and even said if you struggle to find Santa Fe to call and he'd direct me in. There

The grounds of the accommodation -
We often hear that a location is a hidden oasis. But Santa Fe really is. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 nights. On our next visit it will be a few days. The B&B is delightful. Sharon is the consummate hostess, the breakfasts are wonderful.
The rooms are delightfully decorated and the lounge etc are very relaxing and comfortable.
But it is outside that Santa Fe really comes into its own. In 6 acres Sharon and Ben have transformed the area into a really interesting exploratory sensa

really enjoyed our stay...was quiet and the owners were fantastic..nothing was a hassel..was greeted as we pulled up which we really appreciated and was so friendly. the lodge was lovely and everything that we could want was right there at our finger tips...also the breakfast was lovely...very central to beaches / shopping etc -
