I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !

location,the service is brilliant,so up beat and friendly,always helpful,rooms r so clean,comfortable,we always feel relaxed when we stay here,being next to the botanical gardens,gives u that sense of being next to nature,even in the heart of the city,absolutely beautiful,I would definitely recommend this hotel, to stay.in fact,we will be booking again for next year same time,as we enter the marathon yearly all i can say is keep up the brilliant work u do there,to all the staff well done luv ur

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

This was my second stay at Astor Apartments and I intend many more. The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The Astor Apartments provide excellent, well presented accommodation and apartments have everything you need for a great stay. Views

We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. I was able to check in early as we had dropped the kids off at a concert in the morning which was great after the considerable drive we had had to get there. It was a short walk to Queen St

Amentities were world class, reception staff very helpful, especially upon arrival, one of the staff named Michael was a great help, explained everything clearly an accurately to ensure our stay was smooth as possible. Great value for money in an excellent location. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, I look forward to hopefully staying at the Quattro on my next Brisbane trip.
