Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. For 6 people staying, 3 bathrooms were extremely handy. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed. The ferry - Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat. A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

  A beautiful hotel with amazing rooms. They were large and spacious, very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom was really useful. Didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!!
