Best beach front and shoreline in the entire Big Island. Despite the hotel's relatively big size, it always feels intimate and quiet. Shampoo n conditioner staff nice. Very little dining options. This is not just about the hotel, but also the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel hosts parties (weddings...) pool side in the evening, which makes it loud for those with a room facing the ocean and pool. That said, music ends at 10pm.
