The location is excellent! I visited for an event at the Moscone centreand the location couldn't have been more ideal. Rooms were very comfortable and clean; I was a little nervous upon arriving and seeing how old the place is, but it became very clear that they are constantly upgrading (brand new Kohler bathroom fixtures) - nothing is too old or outdated. Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

Good budget-friendly hotel. We stayed for 2 days & walked or bussed
the whole time. Very central location to everything. We walked from the
hotel to Pier 39/Fisherman's Warf, Chinatown, North Beach, Union
Square, then would take the bus back. We did this with a 5 year old
& a 2 year old. The rooms were clean & tidy with plenty of
space. I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when in San Francisco. It's a great location and I always feel safe and comfortable. There's breakfast and the staff is very nice. You can't beat the price either. -

Loved the location to AT&T park, we were there for our 21st wedding Anniversary. The staff from the valet, bell boys, check-in (GP I think he went by), check-out (easy), Bartenders and Other guests were all happy. Even though the Giants lost both Sat/Sun opening weekend games. -
