I had stayed at Microtel before and I liked how professional and friendly the staff are. It may not be the best looking hotel in the El Paso Airport area, but because I was treated really nice the first time I stayed there, I decided to book with them again. Plus, the price is great! :D -

was a good value, and good location for the event, but a very basic
room. Would stay again, but would try to book earlier at a better price. -

I have stayed here more than once. I find that for the work I do, it seems to be centrally located, close to the freeway and shopping. The staff is willing to help you find a street or place that you are looking for. It is not the newest place or fancy but I;m not in to that.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel, except parking.....Employees were fantastic and helpful, This is a get away from workinf to many hours for both my wife and myself...We plan on repeating our stay..And when friends come to visit this is where we will book their stay.. - Location was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

Staff great. Old hotel but well cared for. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good amenities - fridge, microwave, free wifi, coffee pot, and loved that they had ironing board & iron. Fitness room small but how much exercising do you want on vacation. It was great to use the treadmill before having to sit all day for a long drive. -
