  The renovation was A+, Im a designer so Im sensitive to design and layout and flow. It was grand but the price point wasn't, that rarely happens. We had a matvelous breakfast outside on the terrace we did not have dinner I would next time. We will def return. It was quiet also a plus it felt like a very samle very well run hotel.   This place did everything to make you feel at home and there were no "hidden" charges. The owner met us for breakfast in the morning and personally prepared a cuppachino for me. The place is close to Brandeis University but also very easy to get into Boston via public transport. I am a clean freak and believe me this place was spic and span. - Clean and quiet are my two biggies. CSH was both. What amazed me was the level of service. Breakfast was wonderful with specialty coffees and real eggs. The owner and the managers and staff were so gracious and helped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing a memorable stay for us and our kids from Waltham. You even let the kids (4 of them) have a gratis breakfast with us twice. With hot chocolate. WOW!
