We stayed here for 5 nights to visit the theme parks in Orlando. Great hotel in a great location (just round the corner from International Drive). Rooms are clean, comfortable and have a really useful kitchen area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, shame there's no inside tables, but its a grab and go breakfast (perfect to quickly grab something and get to the parks!). The staff was friendly and the room was nice and big. It was perfect for my husband, mom, stepdad, 6 months old baby and myself. Plus I had the pack and play and still had plenty of room. Smoking room avaliable, close to everythings, staff very helpful able to print things at reception, wifi good, breakfast great, rooms nice and big, tv great, beds so comfortable!!. Staff is very helpfully and hotel location is very good as it is near Orlando outlet in which you can do shopping also near very nice restaurants , room is very comfortable. I like the overall size and space of the room. it was just what we needed. I also like how clean it was and the location is great. the staff was friendly. front desk staff very nice and helpful. Love the location to Orlando attractions. Walking distance to restaurants good too. Super location to everything. The hotel location was wonderful. It was right in the middle of so many things to do. The hotel itself was a wonderful value and we will be back again. rooms were nice just need to be finish before you book for someone to stay in fridge not clean cabinet not finish some doors were not on yet. Size of the room, internet , free car parking, coffee always available, very well equipped (even we did not use any of them). Rooms very nice Pool was nice and relaxing Breakfast was great Comfortable for the money When needed attention very prompt. Nice, clean, cheap and quite place. I recommend this place but you need car to reach (near to International Dr.). Comfort of Suite - 2 beds, nice TV, cooking availability, large frig., nice people, great, responsive service. Friendly staff, huge room with kitchen, livingroom included in normal room, good price. The staff and the place, it had everything- well equiped kitchen, clean rooms. The convenience of a full kitchen and spacious room and the location. Cozy rooms, with all necessary equipment and comfortable beds. Staff were good. Had everything u need in a great location. Clean. The location is very good and hotel is clean. Good parking space for residents. The decor was great. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was really clean. Spaciousness of the room. It was acceptably clean, but could be better. Continental breakfast, staff was nice. Housekeeping was ok. Price was OK and kitchen in the room was well equipped. its was definetly had room and nice size. Location. no complaint at all!!!!. The room had a smell when you first walked in nothing horrible, you couldn't smell it after a few minutes. nothing. poor breakfast , room clean is not good. the only thing I didnt like was that our a/c wasnt working. good thing we didnt have to use it much since the whether was nice and cold but there was a night we were in there sweating but that staff took care of the problem and we were happy in the end. Shuttle to EPCOT was long and driver was unfriendly!!!. There were no negatives to our stay!. make sure blankets are clean there was stains on all 3 blankets that was in th room had to take off bed could not use them. Breakfast was not soo good (not bad but not sufficient) and there is not any other place other then outside so if the weather is not good you have to back to your room and have your breakfast there. Not much to not like except pool wasn't open later. The Breakfast is not what you are expecting. Workout room was lame. nothing. AC not working, needed to wait the next day for repair. Nothing. N/A. New towels every other day is fine. Staff could have removed used towels and cleaned up the bathroom a bit. I think there were repairs occurring on the roof. There was a sound, like heavy dripping or slightly banging in the walls of our bathroom all night. We were on the top floor. Room cleaners not able to communicate inEnglish. Also breakfast should be improved. The free breakfast was not pleasing. Cold bagels, nothing hot. Not worth the advertising at all. I walked to Denny's instead and had a real breakfast. Corridors to rooms was horrible! Carpet was old and dirty! Definitely needs replacement. Very noisey , people ran the ahll ways all night long, slammed doors, people used the pool till the late hours. Not a good place to get any real sleep. Carpet needs replaced. Breakfast at the hotel was very basic, no yoghurt, very limited fruits. Carpets were dirty. gym was not in great shape , hotel carpets not clean , and towels looked and felt old and not knew. no shampoo no hair dry at room we booked one king bed, but they give us twin bed. we can' t to change room. Rude staff, dirty rooms, Broken a/c unit in room I've stayed at $30 motels that where cleaner!.
