I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am
recommending your website to all of my friends.

finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff

We stayed at the MGM Grand because of the PAC 12 Basketball tournament.
Everything was convenient to the Garden Arena.
We liked the buffet, the restaurants & the food court near the Arena.
We loved the room & the bed was the best we have slept on in a hotel.

and they were kind enough to check in my room and found it on
the table. It was quite a relief as I was about to cancel my checking account. These are the things that mean a lot to guests.

Aspecialy the SPA room gives a relaxation at great levels.
View on the 8e Level is gorgeous at evening.
Security is strickt to elevator entrance, but well, in a way this is positive towards security.
Overal : can recommend this hotel for everyone who likes to stay in Vegas With a Rental car away from the strip and with all HW entrances nearby.
So : easy location and near everything if you got a car : the perfect combination.

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel but this tim I took
my 13 year old daughter. I chose this hotel as it has the Adventuredome
inside and the various circus acts going on. The rooms are big, allbeit
a little old fashioned but you don't go on holiday to stay in the
hotel room. The beds were unbelievably comfy and the bathroom is huge.
Pool area is clean and large so never felt overcrowded. Valet was a God-
send as the car-park gets very busy. The staff throughout were very
helpf

The hotel staff are very nice, and professional and have very great postive attitudes here. I had a very pleasant exprience here I will never forget!! The place is very safe her with a security team that keeps the hotel safe and these security personal here have a big heart and great respect for all guest to stay here.
