  My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights. The location is brilliant and the receptionist that greeted us (forget her name but lots of tattoos) was lovely, very helpful and kind. If only all receptionists were like her! The location is superb, very quiet spot and away from the madness of Bourbon street and Canal stre - Walking distance to Bourbon street but far enough away to not hear noise. Close to the French Market. Room was nice, great king sized bed. Courtyard was perfect for my husband to hang out and use his ipad and be able to smoke. We will definitely stay here again! Great location!!

  hi all my partiner and i stayed there for 2 nights last week carol greeted us with the biggest southern smile around she and the rest of the staff were most helpful getting us settled in after a 16 day trans alantic cruise we had 2 friends traveling with us they had a mixup with there booking dates BUT carol sorted it out and found the acco... mitä ihmiset sanovat » m at one of there other accom hotel no trouble at all we loved the area sooo close to everything and would stay again and reconmend to anybody to sta - A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two blocks from Bourbon Street. - Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller. I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money.

  Location could not have been better. Quiet safe street, just a few blocks from everything there is to see in FQ New Orleans. Character of the building made you "feel" like you were in NOLA. Staff was also amazing. Very accommodating, friendly, helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit the area. This was probably our favorite place for location, budget, cleanliness and privacy.   I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. Th - Staff was excellent and the hotel was in the perfect location in a quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. We were very pleased with our whole experience.
