  We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

  Bathroom shower is great: good water pressure. If you like the shops around Soho and the variety on New York's chinatown/little italy, this is a great location. It's also walking distance to downtown- civic center, which I walked through with my kids to get to Brooklyn Bridge. The beds where really comfortable and the staff was really kind.
