The only thing I've missed was a kettle as there was a small little fridge in a room ans missed my morning coffees as hell! :( There is a vending machine within hotel premisses but make sure that you always have enough change or otherwise you will walk for miles to get cup of tea!   Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine.   I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in mid November. I have seen people raise there eyebrows when they learn this hotel is situated in Tenderloin area (which is considered a bit shady area). I too was reluctant to stay there but post my stay I experienced that it was not that badly located.   There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
