  Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! - I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nicely appointed, super comfortable rooms. I arrived a day late, as my original flight was snowed out. Very classy all the way. - We love the central location, super friendly staff, well appointed rooms, manager's hour, cookies, and big breakfast. They were very helpful in figuring out how to get to the airport while avoiding the traffic/congestion for the downtown parade. We plan to stay here whenever we are in Houston.
