The owners and staff of the Castle Marne are very calm, friendly and helpful. My luggage missed the transfer at London Heathrow airport and was delivered later at the hotel. I immediately received a phone call in my room once it arrived. The complementary breakfast is freshly prepared using ingredients from the owner's garden and was absolutely delicious. I felt treated like royalty the whole time. Being upgraded to a room with jacuzzi didn't hurt either. Overall a very pleasant experience that.
kaikki arvostelut » The house was comfortable and offered a sitting area indoors and a lovely patio outside which we could enjoy so we weren't limited to just the bedroom, which is important to me. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing. Everything! The staff was amazing, and we were able to meet the owners who were incredibly nice. The Lang Room was fantastic, a little small but perfect for the needs of myself and my wife. The breakfast was excellent, the service was perfect, everything was incredible! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to take a trip to an incredible and beautiful property. My 18 year old daughter and I stayed at Castle Marne for two nights. The B & B is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. They will take any food preferences into account. It is very close to the zoo, nature & science museum and downtown. I highly recommend this B & B. General look and feel were great. Service was excellent. So much more than just a room for the night. Historical background of the building, interesting architecture, well-appointed and restored interiors, exhibits relating to building's history. Good location. A Bed & Breakfast in an old charming house with beautiful and quiet rooms, hosted by very kind people. The exact opposite of the international anonymous hotel that you can find exactly the same in most towns around the world. Great afternoon tea and breakfast. Nice spacious room with whirlpool jetted tub. We were given a generous ipgrade to help us celebrate our anniversary. Enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and Jim was very knowledgeable on Denver's history. Dining was superb, very homey feeling!. Friendly, quiet, very romantic. Great tea in afternoon and evening. Loved having a private hot tub on the deck. The place is beautiful. My wife has specific dietary needs. The chef addressed them beautifully. Beautiful B&B, very comfortable room, amazing breakfast, gorgeous garden/patio. Loved the atmosphere and the people. Parking was easy and we felt right at home. Beautiful & large room, wonderful breakfast, close to downtown Denver. The amount it would take me to tell you would bore you. The atmosphere was amazing, and the food excellent!. Family run excellant. Very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Hot tub, tea, breakfast, central location. loved the castle decor and friendly staff. There was an error made in the charge which I will discuss with the owner, and the reservation thru letsbookhotel.com did not show up so I made another reservation which then caused me to have 2 rooms reserved. A little confusing but it all worked out. I heard the place was haunted, but no ghosts showed up to meet us. Oh well, can't win them all!. Our bed was a little too soft. No meat protein for breakfast. Not really "good fruit" for breakfast either. Most of it was all fast carbs. The curbs are torture on cars. We chose a room with a full size bed, and it was a bit too snug for us. But it was still very charming and would suit others just fine. Our bathroom was down the hall, a little inconvenient - I would choose a room with an attached bath. I honestly though hard and could think of nothing that I didn't like. The radiator in the room was a bit hot, and we did not know how to turn it off. All good. No. Very early breakfast times.
