We got to the hotel two hours before check-in time. The front desk was very gracious and had us in our room in minutes without any fuss or annoyance at an early arrival. We were very grateful. - Irene

The staff was very helpful and fun, also it's directly across the street from the Mall of America so even though they still provide a shuttle walking was just as easy. The Continental Breakfast was also good, lots of options. - Anonymous
