The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is nice, safe, and convenient to the interstate. The rooms were comfortable and it's always so nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The room and bathroom were both clean in very good condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We arrived around 9 and were able to eat in the restaurant (The Red Zone) before they closed and it was delicious. The calamari was delicious! The sandwiches were .

We were given a shuttle ride to the casino and picked up exactly at the prearranged time to come back to hotel. The breakfast was okay. We stayed at this hotel for a nearby wedding. The room was very clean and just what we needed. The price was unbelievably great for the room we got. Room was spacious. Loved the second sink. Great to have a fridge in the room. Price was great. Size of the room, great service, friendly staff, great breakfast and great location. Pet friendly. Helpful friendly staff. Really liked door directly to outside. Close to the party we attended and the friend we visited the following day. Spacious rooms, well appointed, good beds. Marvellous breakfast !. Staff were very accommodating, room was clean & comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel including the pool. Rooms good. Staff warm and friendly. Excellent food. Exterior was shabby and the exercise room was out of date and over half the equipment didn't work. Should have a local newspaper on hand for guests to read. My only gripe was the fact that I spent a total of about 9 hrs in my room and I paid $100. Perhaps $80 and no full breakfast. The heating/air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy that when it switched on we thought we were staying at an airport or in the middle of a busy highway !. Just discovered that our second booking - via letsbookhotel.com - for the night of 24 October was invoiced for $ 79 and not for $ 71.10 as confirmed by letsbookhotel.com. My mistake that I didn't pick this up earlier but disappointed that the hotel scraped the bottom of the barrel by ignoring this B.com reservation and applied their own rate. Nor correct !!!. Breakfast service was slow and unco-ordinated. It took me 20 minutes just to get a plate of food. Air-conditioner was very loud, bed was old matress. I stayed in room 144. I thought it smelled like the rug had been wet, I was concerned with my daughter's breathing. noisy heating. No smoking. Front desk personnel were unable to answer concerns regarding power outage, although they indicated they would find us rooms at another hotel, although they said there might be a higher rate than what we paid for the Lehigh Valley Hotel....its up to the hotel to find lodging at same price..the guest in no way should put more money out for a problem that was the hotels. We had to switch rooms 2 times because the toilets in both the rooms were not working properly. First one had a rusted tank and chain that broke, second was clogged. The third room had my husband and u sleeping in separate beds because they were out of king rooms. Equiptment in gym workout area was pathetic. 2 treadmills did not work. Weight machines were broken. Bed linens very uncomfortable and outdated. I have stayed at other hotels within the same price range, even cheaper and they offer pillow-top and down bed coverings. The linens were ripped and were really worn. Ate at "The Red Zone" for dinner. Very overpriced. My son (who is 7) had a "build your own burger" which for him consisted of cheese and bacon=$12.50. Way to much money!!!!. the smell in the room two outlets did not work. Light switch by door didn't seem to work and bed side lamps didn't work. there was dog hair all over the top cover off our bed. When I pulled that cover off I discovered a crusty white stain on blanket beneath ( don't want to know what it was) the bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable. the cost of an overnight stay was pretty outrageous as well...and for the price. the room should have at least been clean!. The Room was misty fungus smell. health hazard for older folks and children. bugs and fly flying in the room. it appeared carpet was vet. bathroom floor was sticky. I won't even stay there if it is free. The room smelled like cigarettes. The curtains did not close at night. I asked for extra pillows and never received them.
