We were in room 117. It was warm, comfortable and we appreciate the helpful staff. Location is perfect for us...just a few miles from our family. Will return another time.
Mostly cosmetic things...carpet near door was ripped; tv remote did not work, even after changing batteries
Bed was comfortable, room clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfest that was fully stocked with cereal, milk, juices, waffles, bread, danish and muffins, etc. Good value.
Room could use a better set up to accomodate lap top use to do work. Outlets were scarce. Heating cooling system was noisy! Location was confusing to get to.
A quick drive to the UT campus. Very comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Excellent value! We will definitely stay there again.
Our door didn't seal, but the lock was good and the weather was nice, so no problem there. Our room faced the back parking lot of a business, which concerned me a little, but we had no problems at all.

Room smelled horribly like smoke despite being a non-smoking room. You could tell it had just been sprayed. Also, the wifi was down for the first day or two, which I found unacceptable. The front desk told me it had been down for more than several days.

The front desk person at check in and check out was very courteous. The room was very nice and beds were like new. Quiet comfortable and very low noise in parking lot I would stay here again and also look for another hotel in this chain. Very nice stay.

That there were so few staircases from parking lot. I had a 5 month old baby and parking spot was so far from stairs.
THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE..... My second time staying there..last time was a much better experience. Planning another trip for later this year...will need to make some changes before I chose this hotel again.

I loved the convienence and location of the hotel the staff was nice and professional; and we were very comfortable during our stay.
I did not like that the check out time was 11am and that there was no late check out, however I did appreciate that when we overslept due to a late night out with our family they accomidated us by allowing us time to check out without charging us another nights stay.

Front desk lady was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had an issue with some loud guests that was taken care of immediately by staff. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is on what it seems that have been a great business area.. But it is not anymore. Since the mall is closed, most of the business around are closing too. My toilet was not working properly.. But still would go back to this hotel... There's an ihop within100ft... ;)

The best of the room is that was pretty clean and closed to the airport. I am disabled so I was sooo pleased to be able to get a room closed to my parking spot.

Shabby exterior and creepy part of town. Also, when I checked out desk clerk gave me a dirty look as if I were disturbing her. Other staff was gathered in breakfast room (with their kids) watching Night of the Living Dead which made me lose my appetite. The first night I came back to my room, I found the furniture re-arranged and the tv set to a Spanish language station, as if the maids had decided to take a break in a room that was occupied!
