I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. -

Clean, nice smelling, and comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant over the phone and in person. Hot complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Conveniently located near airport. Shuttle service was on-time for both pick-up and drop-off. Shuttle driver drove safely.

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier.
