Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt.   The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly.   I loved the hotel, beautiful setting, nice and clean. Just opposite the shopping centre. Shuttle bus goes to the beech everyday free from the hotel. Staff are really nice and friendly. Nice size swimming pool also got a kids soft play area made for young children. Cleaners came everyday and cleaned the room and provided towels, and toiletries.. We liked the dinner order to the room. By taxi or bus you can get to the beach in 15 minutes. Nearby there is the shopping center and currency exchange.
