  A nice and simple hotel; nothing fancy. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but still fine for two of us. Breakfast buffet is a fairly standard hotel breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room (and a free bottle of water per day) was nice. Room nice and quiet. I would stay there again. - I found the IBis Deira city Centre the best Ibis I have every been too. The price perfect, room and bathroom clean. The Bed - Soo comfortable and crispy clean. I am very fussy with pillow, they were perfect and a stone throw away from the Diera City Centre shopping mall accross the street. What more do you need. As a frequent travelling through Dubai I will be returning that is a promise.

We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room. But when I saw her it was love at first sight! So I had to pick the hotel!
