Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...

When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful -
I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.

I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Nice hotel, located at the end of the Dubai Marina promenade walk. Walking distance to Marina Mall approx. 20 minutes. Walking distance to the closest beach (near the JBR walk) approx. 15 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest metro station (Jumeirah Lake Towers) approx. 15 minutes. Of course the Dubai taxi system is great (and cheap) so if you don't want to walk you can just take a taxi.

It was a 5-10 minute walk to mall of emirates, taxis were also available any time of the day, I would definetaly book here to again. -
The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.
