We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Its perfect if you want to go around Dubai. Its reasonably priced as well. Facilities offered match the cost . Not fancy but functional. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean.   We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was
