Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds.
Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings. The reception graciously allowed us a late check-out at no cost as our flight back home was very late in the evening.

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable great bed. The staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Most spoke excellent English. Breakfast is a Wow! big selection and very good. Barman was excellent for making Martini's.

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so
friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling
with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a
high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be
beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we
checked out so I liked that too.

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.
